MM3358 is a linear charge control IC for 1-cell Lithium-Ion and Lithium-Polymer batteries.
It incorporates a power MOSFET and a reverse-current block circuit for easy implementation of charge control of Lithium-Ion and Lithium-polymer batteries without an external sense resistor and a reverse-blocking diode.
The chip temperature detection function can limit the temperature rise in the IC during high power charging . It also enables the charge temperature to be controled.
MM3358 uses a small PLP-10 pin package.
